How do I automate push notifications using Prospect2?

Push notifications are a great way to connect directly with your patrons. Now Tessitura members can use Prospect2 to automate push notifications. Just set up your automation in Pro2 and it will trigger push notifications to be delivered to your patrons right when they need them.

Examples:

• Send a push notification before your events to attendees with logistics info and reminder of their digital tickets.
• Send a push notification after your events to attendees to ask for feedback or solicit a donation to a campaign.
• Send a push notification with a renewal link to members with an upcoming renewal.

How it works

1. Email [e-mail] to enable the integration. We will coordinate with Pro2. It should take one business day.
2. After the integration is enabled, you will see an option for Push Notifications in the Pro2 interface.
3. Setup an automation just like you would for emails. See Pro2 for additional documentation or to set up a walkthrough. 
4. The automation will identify patrons who should receive the notification based on the rules you set up. For example, all patrons that have tickets to the performance that night. Patrons identified by Pro2 will receive the notification as long as they have:
   a) Downloaded your app
   b) Enabled push notifications
   c) Logged into the app

Analytics

You can track how many notifications are sent and responses in the InstantEncore Control Panel.

1. Log into your account at instantencore.com.
2. Go to InstantApps > Analytics > Pushes.
3. You can adjust the date range and choose to group the data by hour or day.
