- Include an app download mobile site banner at the top of your website.
- Advertise that you have an app on your home page and let your patrons know why they should download it.
- Have a link that goes directly to the App Stores. (To find your link, go to Control Panel > InstantApps > Promote and click on Share URL.)

Promotional Video
- Create a video about your app to showcase your app's exclusive features and content.
- This video can be posted on your website, social media, blog, email newsletters, lobby and/or venue screens.
- A video can also highlight any business sponsors or partnerships as well.

Email Campaigns
- Launch an email campaign promoting your app.
- Include a mention and link to the app in your email header and/or footers.
- Let your patrons know about exclusive content that they can access only through the app.
- Spotlight your app in any ticket email confirmations.
- Mention the app in any pre-show emails to let your ticket holders know to download the app and why.

Social Media
- On a regular basis, post images of your app on all of your social media channels to show different features and content in your app.
- If you have made a promotional video of your app, you can also post that to your social media channels.
Marketing Materials
- Showcase your app in your season print and/or digital brochures, postcards, posters, lobby displays, and flyers.
- Highlight your app in all of your programs and tell patrons about the special content.
- Include screenshots of your app and how it will benefit your patrons to any lobby or venue screens.
- Pass out promotional cards to audience members.
- If you have a newsletter, include a piece about your app and mention the special features you think your patrons would be most interested in.
- If you use printed tickets, include information about your app on the back of tickets.
- If you're a University, put swag about your app in the new student's welcome packet.

Stage Announcements
- If you make stage announcements, let your patrons know about your app and why they should download it.
Loyalty Programs
- Incentivize patrons with discounts for items, such as merchandise, drinks, food, tickets.
- Early access to your event. This may provide you an opportunity to get early testimonies of your event.
- Offer free parking, tickets to special events.
- Create a rewards based game for prizes.
- Partner with area retailers and restaurants to offer discounted items with their ticket purchase.
Contests
- Run a download contest and offer a prize to the winner.
- Have this download contest promotion be the first Slide or Card your users see when they first open the app.
- Have this Slide or Card link to a survey or form, such as SurveyMonkey or Google Forms.
- Ask for whatever information you might like to have and clearly set a deadline date for when the contest ends.
- The prize could be one or a combination of the following: performance tickets, gift certificate(s) from a business partner, drink coupons, merchandise, etc.
- Promote the contest everywhere and announce the winner.
- Get everyone involved: staff, artists, and company to encourage their friends and family to enter the contest.
App mention in your email signature
- If you have a default email signature then you could mention your app, encourage people to download it, and let them know about your special content.
