You may add elements from your Tessitura ticket design to your digital ticket. Each element is placed below the ticket barcode and seating information. You may order the elements as appropriate for your audience.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Ticket Design information in Tessitura so that you can get the Design No and Element ID's of your tickets.

Adding elements
To add design elements to your digital ticket:
- Go to the Digital Tickets Settings (Control Panel > InstantApps > Tessitura > Digital Tickets).
- Next to the Design Elements field click the Manage link.
- Click the "Add Element" link. You will be taken to this page:
Enter values for the following fields:

Label: The label that will be displayed on the digital ticket for this element. Ex: Entry Door

Design No: Ticket design number that this element appears on.
You can find this value in Tessitura by going to Ticketing Setup > Ticket Design.

Element ID: ID of the element from your Ticket Design that will be displayed on your digital ticket.
You can find this value by double clicking an element in the Ticket Design editor. The ID is in the header of the Design Element Properties window.
- Gate/Entry Field: If this element is a gate or entry field, check this box to make the element display in the gate/entry field on the front of Apple and Google Wallet tickets next to the Section info.
Click the "Add" button to add the element to your digital ticket.
Managing your Ticket Elements
On the Ticket Elements screen you can:
- Order the ticket elements as you would like them to appear.
- Delete elements (only from your app - this does not affect your Tessitura ticket design).
- Click an element to edit its properties.
Elements that are always included
The following information is always displayed on a ticket and does not need to be added as a Ticket Element:
- Section, Row, Seat, and Price Type are displayed under the ticket barcode. If it's a GA ticket, the Row and Seat are not displayed.
- The performance title, date, and venue are displayed at the top of the screen
Ticket Element FAQ
What if a ticket element doesn't have a value for a specific performance or individual's ticket.
If there is no value for an element, the entire element is not displayed in the app (both the label and the value).
