How do I configure permissions for the REST API?

To ensure that InstantEncore can communicate with your REST API the proper permissions must be configured in Tessitura.

Required permissions

• Up-to-date list of required permissions. See the Changelog tab to view recent updates. New permissions may be required as new functionality is released.
• Setting these permissions requires someone with access to the Tessitura Security application.
• For information on setting these permissions see the Tessitura Help System: Security > Services.

Verifying the permissions

1. Go to the Tessitura Security page in the InstantEncore Control Panel.
2. If any permissions are missing work with your Tessitura admin to add them.
