To ensure that patrons can access their tickets after the performance start time (for example if they are arriving right as the show starts), please ensure that Reprint Minutes is set to a reasonable value.
Tickets can only be printed or reprinted within the number of minutes defined. If 0 is entered, mobile tickets cannot be printed for past performances. This setting should be configured to allow customers to generate mobile tickets just after the performance time, such as for day-of sales.
- In Tessitura, go to the TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION system table.
- If there are no rows in the system table, you do not need to take any further action. If there are rows, follow the next steps.
- Set the Reprint Minutes setting to a reasonable value. For example, 180 would allow users to view the tickets up to 3 hours after the start time of the performance.
- Apply this setting to all rows in the TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION system table with a relevant Mode of Sale in the Mos List field. If no row containing an order’s mode of sale exists, the values from the row containing 0 (zero) are used. If a Mode of Sale exists in more than one row, the values from the row with highest id value are used.
