How do I set up a Google Developer Account?

There is a one time registration fee of $25 that Google requires to create a Google Play Developer Account.

Create Your Google Play Developer Account 

1. Go to https://play.google.com/apps/publish/signup/
2. If you already have a Google account (gmail or Google Apps) then sign in, if you do not then create a Google account.
   • We recommend that you create a general Google account for your organization instead of a personal Google account.
3. Accept developer agreement by clicking the check box.
4. Pay the $25 registration fee.
5. Complete all of the account details.

Create Application

1. Once signed in, go to All Applications.
   • Make sure you have the correct account set-up in the top right corner before proceeding.
2. Click on the Create Application button.
   • Select your language.
   • For Title, enter the name of your organization.
