What is InstantService?
InstantService is our management service that works for you by completing InstantApps or InstantGuide tasks and projects to achieve your objectives. InstantService helps with strategy, implementation, and analysis. It does not cover the custom development of new features or functionality.
How does the InstantService service work?
This service can be used on an as-needed basis (a la carte) or ongoing annual service depending on your needs. Our InstantService expert will discuss your needs, goals, expectations, deadlines, and desired results. We will work on a customized plan and gather any necessary materials from you for implementation. After we have completed your project, we will review it with you and make any requested changes.
How does InstantApps differ from the standard customer service?
Our customer service is available to train you and your team regarding our products. We will guide you and provide best practices and tips to get the most out of your app or InstantGuide. The InstantService is when we do the work for you.
All new partners receive InstantService hours to get you started with your app or InstantGuide. New app partners receive four (4) hours of InstantService service. New InstantGuide partners receive two (2) hours of InstantService service. Training for new partners and existing partners with new staff does not use up your InstantService hours.

What is the difference between InstantService a la carte and the annual service?
A la carte is for single projects and billed hourly. Each a la carte project will be assigned billable hours based on estimated completion time.
The annual service is a flat rate with a maximum number of hours designated for the year. This provides you with assistance on any InstantApps or InstantGuide goals, tasks, and strategies throughout the year. There is an hourly price discount if you choose an annual plan.
