What can lead to uninstalls?
The two top reasons for uninstalls are:
- Apps that have been available for years will naturally see uninstalls increase as users replace their phones.
- Organizations with many one-off or infrequent patrons will have users who use the app during their experience and then uninstall it afterwards. It is not uncommon for those users to re-install the app when they do have another interaction with your organization.
Neither of these reasons are necessarily a sign you are doing anything wrong.
