The steps below will connect your app with Tessitura so that event information, ticket barcodes, membership cards, constituent login, and more are part of your app's experience.
Some of these settings will require information from a Tessitura administrator. We recommend working with your admin early in the process to get everything setup.
The setup only needs to be done once and does not require regular maintenance. After the initial setup, any Tessitura-literate user can maintain and update the settings as needed.
Prerequisites
The following must be completed in order to setup the Tessitura integration.

Compile required settings: With your Tessitura admin, download and fill out spreadsheet so that you are prepared to configure the settings in the InstantEncore Control Panel.

Whitelist IP addresses: If you use IP address filtering on your API, please allow the following addresses. Note: TNEW users do NOT need to do this.

API Settings
Log into instantencore.com and go to the API Settings (Control Panel > InstantApps > Tessitura) and fill in the settings. The information required is summarized below.
Important: Click the "Update" button in each section when you make changes.

Required Settings: Basic information required to communicate with the Tessitura API such as: Mode of Sale, Business Unit, Login Type, Anonymous Account, etc.

Shared Session: Automatically log in users to your TNEW website when they are directed there from your app. See How do I set up Shared Session?
